Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The only case where you cannot cancel your subscription is if you started a subscription that requires a certain amount of payments before you can cancel it.

You can access the customer portal through the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions by creating an account in your store.

You can skip or reschedule your payout in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip Payment button next to it, which you can use to skip your payout. You can reschedule your payout by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click the Edit button on the product card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

If your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
