Krill Oil by Amix Nutrition is a product made from krill oil from the Antarctic. Krill is the generic name for euphysiaces ( Euphausiacea ), a type of crustacean that feeds on phytoplankton and is the common food of baleen whales, rays, sharks and other marine animals. It is rich in omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids, is very stable and free of heavy metals.

Krill oil is used for joint pain, and is very commonly used in inflammatory processes. It helps regulate cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as having antioxidant properties. It has better bioavailability and absorption than fish oil, and is also more stable and resistant to oxidation.
