Primrose Evening Oil by Amix GreenDay is a supplement made from evening primrose oil from the cold-pressed seed of the Oenothera biennis plant, combined with vitamin E to treat problems such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory disorders, premenstrual syndrome, high cholesterol, menopause, skin conditions or hypertension.

This type of oil, extracted from primrose seeds, is rich in the essential fatty acids linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), substances that our body cannot produce on its own and must be supplied through diet or supplementation.

Evening primrose oil contains 10% omega 6 fatty acids (GLA, Gamma Linoleic Acid). Each serving of 3 capsules of Primrose Evening Oil provides 3000 mg of evening primrose oil and 2.2 mg of vitamin E (18% RDA).
